The WOW! Awards receives thousands of nominations a day celebrating individuals who go above and beyond the call of duty in delivering excellent service. Saying “thank you” is a powerful thing, but to truly celebrate it and provide recognition, a bit of context within the Award nominations is key. Below is a quick summary of things we look for when reviewing nominations:
Tell us what made your experience special, memorable and unique
Be open and share your personal reaction/feelings around what you experienced
Be detailed in the information you give around the service you received
Give context such as names, locations and timings
Check you have selected the right company
