We look forward to welcoming you to The WOW! Awards Ceremony 2023. Celebrating exceptional employees and organisations who support customers, drive satisfaction and exceed all expectations. The WOW! Awards Ceremony recognises the inspiring efforts of customer service professionals. Giving them a unique opportunity to get recognition for their hard work and dedication to getting the right results for their customers.
With our recognition programmes, we work with organisations across the UK and beyond collecting positive feedback about customer and patient experiences. Our ceremony highlights the very best stories we have received. We recognise the individuals who have delivered their very best and the supporting organisations who put powerful strategies in place that allow employees to deliver great results.
It was so inspirational for us to attend seeing how people go above and beyond in their own way to help others and we felt blessed to be part of it!
This year we are so excited to announce that Proud Embankment will be hosting The WOW! Awards Ceremony 2023. This spectacular venue has hosted everything from celebrity red carpet events to intimate black tie dinners and champagne receptions. Now, for the first time we will be welcoming finalists and guests to this iconic venue to recognise the best in customer service. Proud Embankment is situated directly under the Northside of Waterloo Bridge, with great tube and national rail links nearby.
Food & entertainment
On arrival, guests will be welcomed to this luxurious event with a sparkling reception & canapés to tempt the tastebuds. Followed by an elegant bowl food menu, crafted by Michelin star-trained Chefs.

The event would not be complete without some spectacular performances. Prepare to be entertained with an array of acts that will make this event truly memorable.
Our lucky finalists are a select group of customer services professionals who demonstrate key customer service skills. We are looking for customer care, empathy, dedication, excellent communication skills and behaviour in line with their organisation values.
These individuals have all received feedback via their recognition programme with us. We receive hundreds of nominations every day for employees who go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Our in-house team take the time to read thousands of nominations over the year and from these we select our specially chosen finalists, who demonstrate key service qualities and behaviours.
But our Ceremony isn’t just about individuals acting alone. We are also celebrating the organisations that sit behind those special employees. The organisations who put together aspirational service strategies, empower their people to get the right result and take the time and effort to recognise their people.
All finalists will be announced publicly on Monday 12th June 2023, both on our website and directly via email. Nominations received between Wednesday 1st June 2022 – Fri 2nd June 2023 will be considered for finalist shortlistings.
*Only WOW! Awards recognition programme users will be considered as finalists.
All finalists will be required to submit supporting documentation to our independent panel of judges by Thursday 31st August. Judges will then have the tough task of scoring all entries against robust criteria in order to decide the 2023 winners. Our judges are hand selected, industry experts with a wealth of knowledge and experience in customer service, employee recognition and engagement. The judging panel for this year will be announced on Monday 20th July.
