Sarah was extremely welcoming over the phone this afternoon as me and my friend have just moved into a new property and we are very clueless to what we had to do with our water! Sarah explained everything in detail about payment plans and meter readings and really helped me understand the in depths about our water supply and how we would pay our bills. Sarah also mentioned we could manage united utilities online which is a really big help as I always have my head in my phone! Even though the line cut off and I was passed through to another advisor (which gave me a lovely warm hand off back to Sarah) sarah still continued with the call and even apologised! Her customer service skills where amazing and I really appreciate the time Sarah took in order to help us! Well done sarah! Thankyou again 🙂
