The Essentials is our entry-level package that allows you to kick off your employee recognition programme. With a dedicated account manager to guide you through, you’ll be set up to receive individual nominations for your team, track milestones and award certificates to your best performers.

  • Dedicated account manager

    All clients get a dedicated account manager who will work closely with your business. They’ll help with training and adoption of the awards programme including sharing best practice content and reviewing your nominations.

  • Milestone tracking

    Generated once an employee reaches a pre-set number of nominations, our milestone notification emails keep you updated when employees reach key recognition goals.

  • Nominations linked to individuals

    Customers and colleagues will be able to submit nominations to say thank you for receiving a great service. Employees will receive positive feedback in real-time and all nominations will be visible on your WOW! Awards web-page.

  • Automatic reporting

    This package includes optional automatic reporting on nomination levels, key performers and overall nomination quality.

  • 2,500 nominations per year

    Customers and colleagues will be able to submit nominations to say thank you for receiving a great service. The limit on the number of nominations is 208 a month, or 2,500 over the course of a year.

  • WOW! Awards nominations page

    All nominations will be visible on your WOW! Awards web-page. Nominations can be filtered and winners will be clearly highlighted.
