I would like to nominate Nathan for the award. Today I messaged on your app as I suffer with anxiety and cannot telephone. I have recently been out of work and explained this was why I’m behind with my payments. I explained that I now have a new job and wanted to set up a plan. Nathan was so friendly from the start. He congratulated me on my new job then let me decide what I could pay and when. He told me not to worry as I told him I’ve been worrying constantly over it. He was lovely and then very quickly and efficiently set up a direct debit. Very impressed with his customer service skills. Not something I experience a lot these days. Well done Nathan!
