Meet the judges

The judges who sit on our independent panel are hand-selected industry experts with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Their expertise spans a broad range of disciplines, including customer experience, recognition and engagement, leadership, teamwork and collaboration, to name a few. Judges have been specially chosen to perform the tough task of deciding the winners for each of our award categories, who will be publicly announced at The WOW! Awards Ceremony 2023. They will individually review and score finalist submissions against the robust criteria of each award category. We are incredibly grateful and would like to thank the members of our independent judging panel for giving up their time, skills and know-how to review our well-deserved finalists.
