Mark came to my home to check for a leak after I reported a very high water bill. From the moment he arrived with a smile he went about his business looking for the leak. He walked me through what he was doing and talked me through the meter and how it is calculated. He was very knowledgeable when I asked a few questions and gave me tips on saving water. He identified very quickly that the leak was coming from my overflow in the water tank and advised me of my next steps. He was just lovely and his customer service skills were second to none. He whole heartedly gets my nomination. The telephone team with whom I spoke to on 3 occasions regarding my bill were equally as knowledgeable, calm and kind when dealing with my enquiry. You have a great team and it makes a massive difference. Thank you to all concerned.
