It was immediately clear that Malachy and Joe were competent and confident that they could fix the problem. But they were more than that; they understood the concerns that the problem had caused for us and our neighbours and were anxious to assure us that everything would be OK. When the problem could not be sorted until the following day, they took some temporary measures to ensure that we could use our ‘facilities’ overnight and arranged a change in their work schedule so that they could come back because they were aware of what needed to be done. They came back as promised and sorted the problem. They obviously knew what they were doing and they were friendly and communicative throughout.They are a credit to your organisation.
