Really impressed with the impact that Gulten has had on SASS reception desk and in dealing with enquiries on phone and via email concerning the courses that look after. I was particualrly impressed and grateful when she asked if she could copied into replies I make to enquiries in order to learn more about the courses and to be able to deal with queries herself; whilst still referring those she is uncertain about to me.

To me this shows not only planning and organising skills, but also a willingness to take responsibility and improvement in our overall level of customer service.
