As we are celebrating our ten-year anniversary, we have an exclusive 10 award categories, making that trophy win even more coveted.

The categories recognise high level business strategy, vision, evidence of service offering enhancement, provision of development or training opportunities and overall customer experience delivery. As well as categories aimed at businesses, there are individual specific categories that showcase the wonderful customer stories that have come through our employee engagement programme.
