I just wanted to compliment Kim for her exceptional customer service received today. My first query was regarding a credit on my account. She spoke with the relevant department and informed me a cheque would be posted out for the credit remaining and also She changed my direct debit to reflect my actual usage with ease, politeness and friendliness.
I then enquired about moving a meter and a stop tap to which again she found this information out quickly and advised me it was no trouble for her to do so.
Thank you for making my enquiry hassle free and going beyond for excellent customer service which is very rare to find in my experience.
