I contacted Sean this morning to discuss my account , that is unfortunately in a serious state of arrears.

At all times he was courteous and showed empathy and understanding. He followed up with a telephone call this evening as promised to take a payment and reinstate a payment plan.

I’m I currently in a very difficult financial situation and he made me feel a whole lot better today, just by being supportive of my problem and helping further action being taken against me.

I’m sure that’s just his nature, and he wasn’t being any different than the way he deals with many other calls he takes each day but in my opinion thoroughly deserves recognition for his attitude and approach.

A shining example of excellent customer service!
