Morrison Utility: Jake Martin

Jake attended Miss Khatun’s (2015-00BOXU) property after receiving a written complaint regarding how long she had been waiting for a meter, all the issues she has had, the chasing she done when no one was being proactive and not being able to get onto metered billing. He has fitted a meter on his first visit for the customer and Miss Khatun called straight in to her Thames Water Case Manager to commend Jake in being absolutely brilliant, very impressed with the efficiency of his work and how friendly he was and she wanted to feed this back. Jake has done a brilliant job in turning this customer and her experience of Thames Water around and deserves this commendation.
