Ont he 12th of December 2017, ( the coldest day of the year I might add!!) Jordan attended to a gentleman who was walking his dog and had fallen over on the ice. Not only did he contact the emergency services, he and another member of the public stayed with the gentleman, kept him warm, checked for a pulse, etc until the emergency services got there. I have to add that when the man came to ( he was unresponsive for over 5 minutes!) the gentleman advised that he was blind and that’s why he didn’t see the ice. The gentleman was taken to hospital shortly after the emergency services got there.
It is in times like these that we reflect and appreciate what our teams do out in the field. Not only do they attend to our customers, they look after our communities and they do it with pride.
This is a prime example of how much we all care!
Well done Jordan.
